The Social Policy Research Centre was commissioned to survey the community service sector in NSW to help understand the key characteristics of community service organisations in NSW and the challenges they face, to develop more effective and sustainable models of service delivery and engagement with government.

The survey was conducted in two waves: early 2014 and early 2015.
