This project is an evaluation of two linked initiatives aimed at reducing youth homelessness in Queensland by helping vulnerable young people, including those involved with the justice system, to make effective transitions to greater stability and independence. The evaluation used a mixed-methods approach, including a review of best practice approaches for the target group, review of program documentation, analysis of quantitative outcome and reporting data from the services, and qualitative data collection through interviews and focus groups with stakeholders, project staff and clients.
