The PIR program is a national program, delivered within South Eastern Sydney LHD by CERPHN, which aims to improve outcomes for people with severe and persistent mental illness, by focusing on improving the response of the system to meet their needs. The evaluation commenced in August 2015 and used mixed methods, including an analysis of program data and interviews with program participants and service providers.
