Project Status: Current
People Involved: Deborah Brennan, kylie valentine, Natasha Cortis
Research Areas: Care
Funding Agency: SDN Children's Services

This project is monitoring and assessing the journey of SDN Children’s Services in ‘becoming and being’ an integrated organisation. In particular, the project is exploring the antecedents of SDN’s decision to become and integrated organisation; the experience of transition in three service delivery sites; and the challenges involved in the integration process. A multi-method approach is being used over a three year period, including literature and document reviews; parent and employee surveys; and interviews with leaders, SDN staff, staff in partner organisations, and parents.
