Young carers in Australia - report released

The paper, ‘Young carers in Australia: understanding the advantages and disadvantages of their care giving', by Bettina Cass, Ciara Smyth, Trish Hill, Megan Blaxland and Myra Hamilton has been released by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
The report presents the findings from a multi-stage study on young carers and identifies a number of issues relevant to policy development.
